Quick Smoothies On The Go // Vegan And Cruelty Free
We all like to start the day the right way, well most of the time we do (sometimes that vegan chocolate just calls to you as soon as you wake up). Most mornings I will have what I like to call ‘My Morning Coffee’ I don’t drink actual coffee, but this wakes me right up. Some mornings if i don’t have the ingredients at home I will spruce things up a little bit and go for something different. My two other go to smoothies are A) Straw-Blue and B) Green Chocolate Machine. These are all very easy to make and most will only take two minutes, but definitely no more than five minutes, which is ideal and very handy and can all be taken and drank on the go. Each of them has many health benefits, mostly including: anti inflammatory, very high in energy and iron and they increase your brain power.
Morning Coffee
- 2-3 Bananas
- 5(ish) Dates
- 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon Powder
- 1 Scoop Vegan Vanilla Protein
- 3 Cups Almond Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
Blend all ingredients in NutriBullet or blender and voila.
Straw-Blue
- 1 Cup Strawberries
- 1 Cup Blueberries
- 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
- 1 Scoop Vegan Vanilla Protein
- 3 Cups Almond Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Happy Pear Nuts About Choc
Blend all ingredients in NutriBullet or blender and voila.
Green Chocolate Machine
- One Handful Spinach or Kale
- 1 Tablespoon Happy Pear Nuts About Choc
- 1 Banana
- 1 Avacado
- 3 Cups Coconut Water
- Vegan Chocolate Protein
